Soiling multiplies rather than adds — kitchen blinds carrying cooking grease need a degreaser, dwell time and a second pass, easily sixty percent longer than dusty ones. A fixed fifteen minutes of setup and packing away applies once regardless of count, which is why doing the whole house in one session beats one blind at a time.

For aluminium venetians in quantity, yes. Bathing them flat and rinsing takes minutes per blind against wiping slat by slat, and it removes grease properly. Never do it with wooden or fabric blinds.
A quick dust every two to four weeks stops the buildup that makes deep cleaning slow, with a thorough clean once or twice a year. Kitchen blinds need the deep clean more often because grease sets hard.
