Estimate heart health from risk factors.
Cardiovascular risk is driven by a small set of modifiable factors, and this score weights them by how much each contributes: blood pressure carries the largest block of points, followed by cholesterol, body mass and weekly activity, with a fixed bonus for not smoking. Because each factor scores independently, the component furthest from its best band identifies where a change buys the most improvement.
Component points
Blood pressure up to 25, cholesterol up to 20, BMI up to 20, weekly activity up to 20, non-smoking 15
Composite score
Score = blood pressure points + cholesterol points + BMI points + activity points + non-smoking points, capped at 100

No. Validated tools such as the pooled cohort equations or QRISK estimate an absolute probability of an event and require age, sex and diabetes status. This is a directional scorecard for modifiable habits.
Smoking status and blood pressure. Stopping smoking recovers a fixed fifteen points here, and moving systolic pressure below 120 recovers up to twelve.
