How it works

Each dimension is normalised to a 0–100 subscore, inverting the ones where lower is better, then combined with weights that reflect how strongly each predicts a user-visible problem. Coverage and SNR dominate because no amount of capacity tuning fixes a weak signal. Wireless complaints are subjective and intermittent, so a single weighted score with a named weakest dimension is what turns "the Wi-Fi is bad" into a specific piece of remediation work.
