The carpet to super built-up ratio tells you how much of what you are paying for you can actually walk on. A ratio of 70-75 percent is typical, meaning a loading of 33-43 percent. Built-up area sits between the two and is usually about ten percent above carpet, covering wall thickness and balconies.
