Data collection timelines collapse because recruitment is left out. If a quarter of approaches convert, reaching one hundred and twenty participants means approaching nearly five hundred people, and at four minutes each that is more than thirty hours before a single session runs. Adding recruitment to session time and dividing by weekly capacity produces a schedule that survives contact with a real ethics-approved study.

Cold approaches in public settings often convert at ten to twenty-five percent, while recruiting from a participant pool or with compensation can exceed fifty. Pilot the recruitment before committing to a timeline.
