A 100x A/B stock is designed to be diluted one part in a hundred to give full-strength feed. Stock needed = tank volume x target strength / concentration factor, and the balance is water. Seedlings and cuttings usually run at 40-60% strength, fruiting crops at 100-140%.

Stock (L) = tank volume x target strength % / concentration factor; water = tank volume - stock
Concentrated calcium from stock A precipitates with sulphate and phosphate from stock B. They must only meet in the diluted tank, and each should be added to water separately with mixing between.
Dose by volume to get close, then verify and trim by EC and pH. EC alone cannot tell you whether the ratio of nutrients is right, so periodic lab analysis of the recirculating solution is still needed.
