Work out reba ergonomic score instantly with clear inputs, formula shown and shareable results.
REBA extends postural assessment to the whole body. Trunk, neck and legs form group A, uplifted for load or force; arms and wrists form group B. The two are combined and an activity score is added for static holding, repetition or rapid changes, giving a final score from one to fifteen mapped to five risk levels.
REBA structure
Score A = trunk, neck and legs + load; score B = arms and wrists; combined score + activity score = REBA
Risk levels
1 negligible, 2-3 low, 4-7 medium, 8-10 high, 11+ very high
Preliminary estimate only. Postural assessment should be carried out by a trained assessor using the full REBA worksheet over a representative task cycle.
