An AMRAP score is conventionally written as rounds plus reps, but comparing performances needs the total rep count: rounds times reps per round plus the partial. Twelve rounds of fifteen plus seven is 187 reps in twenty minutes, a work rate of 9.4 reps a minute or 6.4 seconds each. The rate figure is what shows whether pacing held up.
